BioMy name is Mike and I'm doing an "internal cleansing." I'm 26, have the typical bad eating habits of a typical American male, am a little overweight and have never done anything like this before. This journal will log of the preparation for, the five days of and the aftermath of the treatment.
My holistic friend Jeannie persuaded me to try this, so I ordered the Colon Cleansing Kit from Blessed Herbs on her recommendation. As I was reading the testimonials, an "Oh my GOD!" kind of infatuation with the results kept coming up. Apparently the treatment makes you crap out huge rubbery chunks of intestinal plaque. Jeannie told me she had a friend who used the product and would actually call her up to describe what came out.
Now, hearing about the discharge over the phone could be awesome. But who wouldn't love to see detailed photos of this ass junk? That kind of excitement in excrement needs proper documentation.
Then I realized, hey, I'm going to be doing a cleansing.
And I have a digital camera.
And sharing shit like this is what the internet was made for.
So here it is. My internal cleansing. Complete with photos.
